I like to re-read this tidbit from ghors a few weeks back on the old icry board:
"Let's look at ramifications of what the passage of a year's time might mean. Remember that after oral argument, the members of the Court immediately meet and decide who won. A judge is then assigned to write the opinion for the majority. Each remaining judge can write a concuring opinion and the loser can write a dissenting opinion. So after the vote.....".

That day, right after orals, the share price really popped with high volume, as I recall. The speculation was Dunner et al kicked butt in the orals. So, my rose colored glasses are seeing those members deciding IDCC 'won'. Every day we're one day closer to a decision, and it would be so sweet and pure to see a 'reverse and remand'.
