been waiting for the cafc for a long time now and that's out of their control so it shouldn't fall into the quiet period for open market buys.

absent the cafc, i don't think we will get any news releases anytime soon (like patent sale).

i think the cafc is really the only near term event (this week and next?)
so i can sleep easy until 10 am central everyday and don't have to worry about getting up early to see if i missed anything

since these are open market buys, we are in unchartered territory!
