You can use color very judiciously. 

Or you can simply highlight the paragraph or sentence you want to bring special attention to

Then either return to normal type.

Or, you can make some of the type a lot smaller as an introduction to your main point.

Then use larger type for emphasis
Or maybe use a bold larger type for further emphasis

Then end it all with another color
maybe even add some emphasis to the color 


Now we've really given you some toys - err tools, to play with ;-)

kathy,

the first thing you do is have the cursor blinking where you want to type something.  

Next, you go click on the color you want. BOTH the beginning and end of the colors enclosures will be displayed. 

Simply click your cursor in the middle of that and type away 

Now you try it.
