we were all sitting here waiting for a cafc decision and the arb process for tech solutions to finish... and both still haven't.
while some may view the nortel auction and subsequent SA as a waste of time/negative for IDCC, there is nothing different than what we were waiting for prior to those events.
at the time, we said the stock was undervalued in the 30's (not even thinking about buyout). it still is.
my concern is this:
if we do lose the appeal, what does everyone do? bail or stay another year waiting for the next ITC action to conclude?
