Hi orda,

I think you can interpret the need for engineering support to this army group in all sorts of ways: initial integration work is another alternative.

But the fact that they appear to be using encrypted hard drives with WMS seems clearly to be implied.

So the issue you raise is potentially positive rather than problematic, whereas the implication of the adoption of hard drives and WMS is certainly good news for Wave.

They already have the hardware and Wave software? They don't know how to use it or it's too difficult to use or doesn't work correctly? Why do they need "engineering support" to use the drives and software they already have? Didn't it come with instructions?
