I had speculated in my mind about the possibility of IDCC keeping the company whole but selling off some patents when the SA was first announced. Is it possible for the company to sell off patents to a company and require a license for other patents at the same time??
If we sell off any 4G/LTV patents I would think we would need to be looking at the ability to continue to crank out more patents going forward. We need something constantly in the pipeline for the company to survive if we're gonna sell stuff off.
