The company needs to seek outside counsel more frequently. They got in trouble in 2g over the lack of understanding MFL clauses. This time around they failed to understand the meaning of FRAND. They have set a goal of 800 million annually at the expiration of this litigation war period. If they continue to hold expenses and do not purchase a couple of corporate jets, 10+EPS is very attainable. The problem remains shareholder patience. If they reach the goal and I finally cash out, 29 years will be in the definition of patience in the new edition of Webster's.
