yep stinks, certainly not what I expected but also knew it was one of many possible outcomes....I still think the CAFC decision has been handcuffing a sale......well I believe it was $37 in July when this was announced and we will likely go back there or a little below, but hey whatcha going to do, they didnt find an offer they felt was fair value...that could change, even tomorrow.....maybe they have postured to say we are not afraid to go at it alone...or say no to an ureasonable offer
