Starting to see more bulding supply houses and true value types going down again. With the inventory that still exist. No need for building supplies. I feel that pain. Last thing i built was that 2800 sq ft duplex and had to unload for a $62,000 loss, 3 years ago. I had $425,000 into it, ....... I miss building.............
