Lastly, do people become "born again" at various times in life? Can they find Christ after hitting bottom and become a Christian, a child of God instead of the child of Satan which we all are when we are born into this world?

You pass judgment on someone who professes to have done wrong in the past, confessed it, asked forgiveness, and wants to follow Christ.

Kind of passing some pretty hefty judgments there on someone who is at least trying to make things right in his life.
