Oh, by the way, AFTER the pipeline is BUILT, and the steel pipe, made by real people in real factories, and the welders, and inspectors and all other heavy equiment operators are working at building it, and it is finally built and the oik is now ready to be refined and distributed, who is going to run the refineries and distribute the gasoline and diesel and all the other by=products?
