The sad thing is that for retired people who don;t have a lot, and only really want a cell phone for emergencies while traveling, they could do what I do.
I have a cell phone that costs me less than Twenty dollars a month, uses the cellular ATT network, and provide the phone for free.
We only turn it on IF we really want to use it and the 240 minutes per month is more than sufficient.
Jabbering on a cell phone is NOT a right of citizens. It is something they can have, use, enjoy, do with whatever they want, but is not a necessity by any means.
I really do not like being on the phone anyway. I have enough of it every single work day.
The CONGRESS should hear about this loud and clear.
I am calling Boehner today.
