Irrelevant since you initiated this thread with a comment which suggested that the job should have gone to a Gentile.
If instead, you had worded your response: "I guess there were no qualified non-Orthodox Jews", that would have been different, but you wrote-off the entire Jewish population with your original position. That was where your argument was dead-on-arrival and until this last reply, you had never changed the focus of your responses.
