Over the weekend I enjoy watching Planet Green, 10 different ships fishing for swordfish. Its awesome & VERY dangerous.

You know my Dad was in the Navy & his dad was a Merchant Marine from the age of 16 or 17, he lied about his age back then. He became a fireman on board.
I guess that's part of the reason I enjoy watching these shows.
My grandpa would write me lengthy letters, 16 pages, and describe the the high seas. His route was NY to Germany. We wondered if he had another family in Germany??? and still wonder.
