I agree. but then again I was thinking that last week.

Another thing: Apple is one of the most secretive companies in the world, and just think of their licensing agreement with IDCC. There is no way there would be an inkling of a hint that Apple is in the hunt for IDCC.

You would expect that the price would move up as we get closer to the final deal, but I have a feeling, especially if Apple is the buyer, that the deal will be announced and there would have been no hint via the shareprice the previous day.
