And everyone lived happily ever after, especially Halliburton, Blackwater, and Israel. Of course, the U.S. is out about a trillion dollars and thousands and thousands of dead and wounded Americans.

Iraqis made out very well:

- From 2003 through December 19, 2011: between 104,122 and 113,770 civilian casualties (Iraq Body Count)
- As of October 5, 2011: between 2,040,000 and 2,750,000 displaced persons(IDMC)
- As of January 2011: estimated 1,683,579 Iraqi refugees (UNHCR)

No wonder they love us so. Muslims love being conquered by Christians.

Snapits> I have to agree. In hindsight. There were valid
reasons to invade, but after that there was seemigly
no plan on what to do.

No plan what to do, Snapits?
You been watching too much TV news again?
(Did your channel changer get stuck on CBS - 'can't believe squat' ? )

We invaded.
We took over the joint.
We helped the Iraqi's stage their first elections -
where in they elected the dude's who wrote themselves
a new Constitution.

The Iraqi's staged several more elections since then.

al qaida was a 'fly in the ointment'. Between them
and saddams 'irregulars' the liverals thought sure
we was gonna lose in Iraq. Then Bush 'Surged' more
troops in. obama, once elected, couldn't very
well throw in the towel on victory.

Today we are officially out of Iraq and they have
a government they elected for themselves.

Zim.
