Add to that a deferral on all or most capital gains and you've got yourself fixed for a good retirement, my friend.
just remember one thing...evercore specializes in deals where the cash is spun off in the form of a dividend....so whatever numbers are kicking around...could be ex 13+ per share in cash...how about 3 shares of intel and 13 dollars cash?....i might be able to swallow that...and i would actually be willing to hold some shares of intel...because it would be a great purchase for them!!!
