Yes I do remember that. Good call. Just didn't put 2 and 2 together and realize it was right around the 65-66 mark. I'm still thinking a CAFC win will get this baby rockin and never look back. A part of me still says that might be a little holdup in finalizing a deal. A loss might bring it down just a bit but a win moves it up much more. Would love to see a reversal and the headlines that NOK's handsets will be banned due to infringing on IDCC 3G IPR. thats only 3G and our 4G is even stronger. BTW thanks again for keeping the board informative around here. Hoping to celebrate in 2012 with the board here at some point.
