...a 6.7% income drop tells me that a lot of folks who were "unemployed" at some point are now "underemployed". If a computer software engineer gets laid off from his computer job and finds a job hanging out a window at a burger joint he is "underemployed". On the other hand if he has to work two burger joint jobs to hold life and family together you could say that Obamba "created a job".
