I've been through four mergers and everytime, the COB took the best return to shareholders. The employees, because of their options, where never considered other than relo and
severance packages. That's why options are paid and matches in 401K's are made in stock. I'll bet the same is happening at IDCC. Get the biggest bang for the shareholder's buck and everyone wins. MO.
