...there has been discussion of them going in and taking the taxes due on the 401k's. They call it a one time dip. I suppose that will be followed up by a one more time dip. Then it will just be dipsy doodle. As far back as Bill Clinton it was proposed that part of everybody's 401k could be "taken" and invested in America.
