Plus, his argument is that opened the door for the government to enter 'our bedrooms', well the Republicans have been trying to enter our bedrooms & uterus from the get go...

His argument doesn't hold water.

Ron Paul needs to explain how refusing to serve someone in a restaurant or renting them a hotel room based only on their ethnic background constitutes a "private choice". And while it might be true the the restaurant or hotel building is "private property" in terms of ownership, when it's used to provide a PUBLIC service and when the expectation is that the PUBLIC will be asked to pay for said service, that transaction is NO LONGER PRIVATE!
