Arrest the GUN, not the person who acquired it, put ammo in it, and then used their own fingers to pull the trigger and kill another person.
Of course, when the gun goes to trial, they don;t usually talk. They also don't care about about being executed for murder either.
It's time to blame the guns, even those of the criminals, for being capable to think, plan, self-load, and fire all by themselves.
We just never gave them enough credit.
Golly, I might have to see about putting on an additional safety on all mine. I don;t want any of them getting up in the night and shooting me all by themselves like these do that ktc consistently brings to our attention.
Those must be "smart guns".
