Why should there be "shock" as a result of this Rasmussen poll? A person would have to be stupid to think Obama has a chance against any Republican. The best thing the Democratic Party could do, in all honesty, is to dump him and nominate Hillary. My guess, though, since she's in bed with him (maybe that's a bad way of putting it, given that she's a "Clinton"), is that Obama will realize that he and Biden have no chance - so he'll try to sucker her in as his running mate. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
We won't know if I'm wrong, btw. I'm sure his offer to her will be kept under wraps - at least until she accepts it - or after the election if she doesn't. The big question is... will she accept it? Given that she's something of an old crone already, even the VP slot wouldn't get her into the Oval Office in 2016 - unless "something" were to happen to Obummer. *ahem* I'm sure she knows that. She's already indicated that she'll be retiring before too much longer.
