I cpoied part of a post by Drox. Is his way of thinking similar to what you were hearing a couple weeks ago? More of a relationship versus a buy out? Thanks if you're able to share.

I don't think a full buyout of the company.... at a price that BoD would consider appropriate ... has been received....and is probably not what anyone in the company really wants. My chances of a full buyout (with no more IDCC) happening at this point?....maybe 5%.... but would love seeing hostile bids hitting the PR wires ;-)
How does this effect us?......IMO....the SA process has goals for near and long term revenue generation ....and opportunities to participate in adjacent markets...so still in business...with increased revenues and a business model that can command better respect from the street."
