Bitter personal experience has taught me that

only fills one with unhappiness.

I had one once who put me through an emotional
roller coaster . . . Up and Down and Up and Down . .
the Ups felt so good while the Downs got more
self destructive.

I finally had to go 'scorched earth' . . and eradicate
all traces of her from my life.

Where I worked she was still able to access and screw
with my emotions . . I finally had to tell her I'd
rather rebuild a carburetor than have anything
to do with her.

After that I was able to find my sanity and get my
act back together.

(And now I got Mizz Linda to take care of me.)
