No, zz$#!+. President Obummer does not get special recognition every year. But next year (which has been given the special number, 2012), the Unites States will have an ELECTION where the citizens have the opportunity to choose their next President. The terrible conditions you've known your whole life in New York City are likely to get even worse next year and to expand through most of the country - and most people are going to be very angry with the President - so that his re-election chances are very, very bad. I'm sorry about this, by the way. I'm sure you've been saying a prayer for him every night before you go to sleep.
