The foundation of American business has always been it's ingenuity and innovation enabling patented products that have been the foundation and life blood of America's expanding business success. The piracy and non recognition of bona fide American IPR has to stop if we are to survive as a prospering nation: WE absolutely need a few people of integrity with a true sense of justice in the ITC and other ruling entities. If the CAFC is able to have the balls and integrity to do the right thing regarding IDCC, this could be a symbolic small step beginning point of a manufacturing and jobs creation 'Phoenix Bird' like turnaround for this country.
IT is my opinion that given the corruption and greed that exists at all levels, it will be nothing short of a miracle that this happens.
