...there is such a glut of housing on the market and the prices are so far down that I suspect that the materials it takes to build a house cost more than the finished house will be worth.

Yet they say housing starts are up 9% from last month haaaaaaaaaaaaaa Bullchitski,,,,,,, Thats duplexes and mega multi family buildings. Folks who lost their homes to this scam, have to have some place to live. And they are throwing them up, Nothing custom or unique about any of them. BLOW AND GO construction...
