teecee - this is my first post on this board so please excuse any violations of protocol - I'm a relative newcomer to idcc - heavily invested(for me) for about 14 months - still a neophyte on the company and the technology. Your posts here come highly recommended (but sometimes a bit cryptic to me). If you don't mind me asking - after 5 months of this situation, do you feel confident the 'funco' will get started and be resolved in 2012 ?

we are down to brass tacks...the FRUIT co and the GATE co....vs the googalites...my question is...which side is the CHIP co on?....and where does the Q co fit in to this deal?...stay tuned...the funco is yet to come
