Not yet,,,The friend i am working for closes the 12 of Jan on selling the farm. Should be nice for all concerned LOL..80 acres @ $9000 an acre, all farmable.,.The one I am in now is an older one, but back in its day was top of the line. I am used to living in fairly new homes and downgrading to this 5th wheel took some getting used to. The one I was looking at, for a 5th wheel, is like living large.Very nice inside. Living room upstairs. floor tile, corion counter tops. 3 TVs, 52" up stairs, surround sound system . and 4 slides. It is like a home on wheels.. 37"er...washer dryer. all the bells and whistles.
