"Of course, the OTHER reason is that around 30 percent of all people have NO wealth. They spend every single dollar they lay their hands on and have nothing to show for it."

Many of them are living hand to mouth, they have the fact they are surviving to 'show for it'.
Many of these folks are the working poor, lucky to be working. Yet making less & less.

Consider, a medical crisis, losing employment, being displaced or downsized, in an enviorment where selling ones home is impractical for many reasons.

You are quick to make blanket conclusions.

Of course, the OTHER reason is that around 30 percent of all people have NO wealth. They spend every single dollar they lay their hands on and have nothing to show for it.

One has to keep that in mind too.

The six members of the Walton Family (the Wal-mart fortune heirs) have a combined worth of about $93 million. 30 percent of our population is about 93 million people.

So this headline tells us that 30 percent of our population have wealth of about ONE DOLLAR apiece.

How pathetic is that??? A typical 13 year old baby-sitter is better off than this lowest 30 percent!

If the headline is even true.
