Okay guys,
here is my take.
Fuels.
The fact of the matter is that the majority of American citizens that drive MUST buy gasoline and have done so for a long time at very reasonable prices.
There is no shortage of oil domestically and in Canada to refine into gasoline for our own consumption.
However, if you begin to harvest all of the corn needed to make this bio fuel crap, you will have vast shortages of Corn and prices for products that need corn will skyrocket. So you wind up hurting Americans again all in the name of being "green", which is the biggest farce ever perpetrated by leftist loons.
WE CANNOT GROW all the corn needed for bio fuel. Period.
WE have more oil available than Saudi Arabia.
What do you think we should utilize?
At least until we can mass produce some substitutes that are price efficient and inexpensive.
Green energy = high prices and costs every consumer more.
Also it is a farce.
I bought two dozen of those new "green" bulbs that OBAMMY is trying to shove down our throats with GE being the beneficiary of them.
They claimed a 12 dollar per month difference off my electric bill.
SO, I figured if I had 24 of them I should see a REAL drop in my electric bill.
Did it happen after a three month test?
NOPE! Not one cent difference.
I went back to using incandescents. No change using them at all.
And, I don't have to call HAZ MAT to clean up Mercury if I break one.
LED's are a different animal. They have their uses and places like Televisions! lol!!!!!
In time they will get cheaper. But give me back my right to use an incandescent light bulb.
This was ahoax perpetrated by Obama and his friends. I wonder which group of them besides GE benefits from it?
