The other thing is:

IDCC could stop the process if they believed it was not bearing fruit. If indeed IDCC had an offer prior the SA process being announced, why not just go with that offer on the open market?

No news and no break off of the SA, from a logical perspective, means imo that a deal is being constructed - just a matter of time and at what price.

Also, since IDCC is continuing forward with the SA then the price must be satisfactory to the BoD, because IDCC went into the SA believing they can get a better price than what was offered to them. If satisfactory offers haven't come in, the process would be over.

that is keeping this long holding strong is the amount of money flow and big block shares that have been bought in the last month or so. Low Volume says the big guys in 'the know' are holding on. Market manipulators are still at work daily doing their thing, however..... So what! Big deal is still coming...IMO
