pcj, I have read almost everything that has been offered so far by the Experts. Thought there may be some more familiar EXPERTS here. I am very happy with the Fire but: I cannot get comcast & comcast e mail, OR thunderbird e mail. Most of the "apps" available are nonsensical and gamey. I do have some new stuff and sports scores. I think Amazon will make a ready fix for the android apps soon.....lot of presure to do so.
I set up an aol account very easily and will use it for emergency contact when traveling ib lieu of phone. Do not really want ALL the garbage messages anyhow!
