...I have a bad hip. It's a arthiritis thingy. My doctor said I should get some physical therapy and referred me to a physical therapist. At 66, medicare picks up the tab for it. It wouldn't bother me to use the medicare thingy because I paid into it and earned the right to take out of it. Thing is, Im goin twice a week and it's over two hundred bucks a visit which works out to $800 to $1000 a month. Im not gettin anything I couldn't get at one of these exercise clubs for about $35.00 a month. Meanwhile, folks who have serious health issues have to go before a "board" who decides whether or not it's "cost effective". It seems the gubmin measures success in the number of dollars they can squander each month.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
