First of all, Corzine has been a United States Senator and a State governor both as Democrats and he left both in shambles. Why is anyone surprised when he misplaces a billion or so. He really didn't understand the Sorbanes Oxley bill even though he co-sponsored it. Next thing ya know your gonna want the democrats to start a pay as you go policy like the law says on that too.
