Another is several federal agencies that should not even exist. Close them up and save the money. FOr example, De[pt. of Education is not needed.
That is a STATES RIGHTS determination and for the citizens in the STATES to decide their educational needs and priorities, not some smug intellectual in Washington who knows nothing about my area I live in.
