Teecee, I get the feeling management is very confident in the coming ruling and dont want to decide on a number until this has been decided. Dunner also mentioned that the panel he argued in front of, Newman, and he thought it was Bryson (not sure of the spelling, were both highly respected and sharp judges. I told him that it sounded like the judges were on the same page as he was when I listened to the arguments and he said he got the same feeling. As I said before this means squat as Dunner is just waiting as we are but is better than the alternative.
