Here is a link to MSI and drivers for that card from MSI

All you do is download the driver for the video card and install the driver.

After you do that, shut down the computer, install the video card, and re-start the computer.

The driver should be detected and installed for that video card and you should be good to go.

So, YES there is a 64 bit windows 7 driver available, directly from the card manufacturer.

A sweet deal on a video card that will solve your problem!

micro: I noticed a note at the lower right side of that screen which said that there are no 64 bit drivers for that particular card. So I'm going to dig around a bit to make sure I get one that's fully Mindows 7 compatible.

But thanks for your assistance. At the very least, it gave me a place to start looking.
