While waiting for news from IDCC I re read over the trasnscript from the CAFC hearing from January. Dunner did a great job and while I know nothing is a sure thing its tough for me not to think that we can win at least 1 reversal of a claim and remand it back to the ITC which will put NOK in a vice. A reversal of this even without a buyout should propel IDCC upwards. Just staying positive during all of this and after reading that transcript again I feel a lot better.
