...the local fire dept has a set of rules and regs about burning and not burning. Ya gots to have a permit first of all and they don't issue permits under certain conditions like high winds. They won't even let ya build a fire when it's raining like a cow whizzin on a flat rock if the wind is blowing. Under those conditions, ya couldn't even start a fire by rubbin two girl scouts together.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
