Hum, it had 4 1/2 stars. I did buy the extended warranty for 8.00. Any problems I get a full refund for 2 years.
Got the fax working, but its in the office connected to the phone line for that. I need to try printing, maybe tomorrow? (Have a baby shower to attend, at 11 am)
I know what you mean about HP declining, a few months ago I had bought one of their office computers, it didn't even connect.
Took it back & got a Toshiba laptop, enjoying it. Added an external wireless mouse, much easier to use.

...I got one of those too. Every time I print with it, it jams up or tells me that there is no paper in it, or that it is out of ink, none of which is true. It is a real POS and the first POS I have ever bought from HP. This is the second one. I returned the first one cause it had the same problem. (s)
...HP has been in the toilet since they put that "WOMAN" in charge.
