Taking a vacation connotates that you have some vacation coming. That, in turn, connotates that you must be employed here. That, in turn, connotates that you must have a supervisor here. Since you don't take supervision very well, that connotates that you need to be fired, or, at least docked your vacation time since it is usually union representation that gets you that vacation time. So, therefore, you must be going on strike. That connotates that the management and ownership can perform what is known as a lockout. We will be bringing in what is known as a "scab" to replace you. Don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out and we'll call you if the lockout ends.
