There is no positive. It's stone cold stupid. Mickey in one post notes how long a CAFC decision is taking yet now wants to use the same legal system to force the company to speak expecting that "case" to get the rocket docket treatment?! The headlines alone of such a shareholder action would temporarily crater this stock. Mickey hasn't learnt after all these years and/or is no different from those I mentioned (and others) who incessantly post utter stupidness purposely throwing gasoline on the fire of negative sentiment so that they can personally profit from a declining share price.

I could accept the excuse of the ignorant unsophisticated investor rap before but since we get the same shit from the same posters, constantly, I can only conclude they know what they're doing when they hit enter and what that is doesn't correspond with increasing my shareholder value in InterDigital.

Rat, the other 3 you named posts are mild compared to suggesting that individual shareholders contact institutions in an effort to overthrow the BOD. I cannot think of one positive that could result from forming an insurgent group at this time. Any suitor would be reluctant to move forward with a shareholder/BOD cat fight in progress.
