TOKYO—Olympus Corp. said three senior executives had resigned and that current management is prepared to step down once the company's path to recovery becomes clear, as pressure mounted on the company to clean house after admitting to covering up losses.
Olympus said Thursday that Tsuyoshi Kikukawa, who stepped down as chairman last month, and Hisashi Mori, who had been dismissed as executive vice president, formally resigned as board members as well.
