In other words, unless they have a bill for him to sign, the Bush tax cuts expire!!!
That will be GREAT!

President Barack Obama on Monday warned congressional Republicans that he will veto any effort to try to circumvent the automatic spending cuts that will kick in because of the failure of the supercommittee to agree on how to cut the deficit.

Speaking in the White House less than an hour after the supercommittee acknowledged it had failed, Obama urged Congress to get back to work when it returns after Thanksgiving to find a balanced approach to reducing the deficit, saying there will be "no easy off-ramps on this one."
