Ha! Thats the best news yet. The DR has no new leaks to report, our only real shot at a deal folks! This is a great peice on news for the possibility of a deal. When too many leaks occur, delays happen CEO's walk away from the table to coo off the leaks and create systems to control the process and that takes more time, and then deals go underground folks. The DR gets paid alot of money to bring atleast some of the deal details up to the street level and what they are saying here is we cannot get NOTHING on this deal NOTHING so lets say we can't by saying the word "quiet" and then throwing in the last part to justify their fees, "which means there is no progress". They have no idea if there is any progress and the Asians have no way to stop the PPS from climbing again becasue they are out of the loop.
Truth here is there is NO progress, it is a very accurate statement, no progress on their media attempts getting anything else on this potential deal. Great news. The asians are out and watching so they have no intimate details of anything and that is their news source. The US based companies have to be very careful no matter what their activity and have MANY controls in place to ensure no leaks. IN other words the Korean Government laughs at the leaks and the US SEC does not.
They are frustrated folks and while that does not mean we have a deal or are getting close, it does bode well for the leak problem and the possibility that there is closed door activity as MP's and others have surmized.
