...the "butt biter" would be that the state gun laws would have to be "uniform" like the traffic laws. That would extend the authority of the feds into state gun control laws. This "uniformity" would probaly bring all the state laws into compliance with "blue state standards".
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
While I'd love to not have to pull over, unholster, unload, and stow my sidearm every time I cross the MD border, I wonder what else is in the bill... you know, in the fine print. There has to be SOMETHING that's going to bite us all in the butt.
