Dave,

That is what they do per the guy I spoke with at Paulson.

They will buy a qty and split it between the two legal entities.

I looked at two other securities they own C and BZ and they are reported the same way.

If this reporting is in error for IDCC it will get corrected.

Then OD will be correct which by the way I don't believe I have ever said he was wrong on this subject. Just not sure he is an expert on 13F's. I know I am not so I contacted Paulson.

maybe they are nearly the same because the same guy manages each fund? If you like an investment why not buy in both or is that too simplistic?
